I haven't lost a single game as ET verse a Meepo. 16 seconds of debuff immunity and a stupid amount of damage and armor. Feels like a free game every single time.
they could win if meepo just goes afk jg and split. then escape the gank with mega meepo (the original near a safe place) and blink dagger away + tp
@sergiovelasquez6424 I would usually turn and kill other heroes! Meepo is my debuff immunity and damage battery!
He loses 75 AS but gains 30% of his MS as AS. When he starts with 340 MS, shouldn't he get 102 AS from that and therefor have 27 AS more right from the beginning than without this facet? What am I missing here?
It looks like you're probably right, his starting AS was 143. The only possible thing that could complicate is if it counts MS difference from minimum (100) rather than 0, but that would be very weird
@@SuperGamerNinja74 My confusion cleared up, I read the answer of another commenter wrong (the one with max 90 benefit).
Currently the max benefit from this facet is 90 attack speed if you constant set yourself at the cap of 550, and this is after the reduction is applied
The most you get is 90 as after investing who knows how much to keep yourself at 550 ms
Or you can strip off even more % armor and magic resist which boosts your teams damage too.
This facet is useless, they need to cut the reduction down to 40 or something to make it worthwhile
you underestimate this facet. ET benefits a lot from atk speed. At base ms (310) you can an extra 18 atk speed which is close to the level 10 talent right at level 1.
5 min into the game, he was at 401ms at level 5 with only hitting 1 hero and a wave and that on it's own gave him 45atk speed from the facet alone.
It's not a game breaking facet but it is by no mean garbage and 90 atk speed at 550 which you can get quite easily with normal ET play/items is quite good.
@@Mabujold 1: 45 attack speed is about the same as power treads set to agility, it’s comparable to an early game item meaning it has little value late game
2: this is only true if you can maintain those speeds. He effectively played at a loss most of the game because venomancers slows set him below the threshold to even gain attack speed after the 75 reduction
At certain points it was so bad that he was moving at 100 Ms which means he’s operating with -45 attack speed modifier.
The benefit of stripping armor/magic resist far outweighs the attack speed of one late game item in its best condition or a set back in its worst
@@shnorkeythefourth4572 with how bursty he became, the other facet was of no benefit either. Not to mention his enemies never stayed in 350 range of him so he would have never drained anything besides meepo who gave up after being 3 shot repeatedly in the face. Everyone else just kited the ET.
To me, both facets kinda suck this game but the right facet is better in this game specifically because of the aghs which would negate most slows. Or, ya know, a BKB on top of it so he can keep running at them after the initial kite.

its very much a "win your laning phase" facet; if he had uncapped movement speed with the facet it could get meme-y but neither of ET's facets are very good as is

Meepo pickers when they meet a harder counter than ES:

Noot really, unless it counts as another hero, since each meepo counts towards the hero count for et's w to return, it just so happens that megameepo has no armor because of et and that's how it usually survives, on top of his high hp
That meepo fucked up himself when he dug his main meepo while the other meepos were flying to get on top of him.
Secondly, he picked the 'more meepo' facet against ET lol.
Just pick the pat rack facet and put a cuirass/shivas in the neutral slot. It would make the ET at least not one shot the meepo.

They do lmao, but et vs meepo has always been a hard game for meepo since et hard counters the guy, aoe everything, high single target damage, base armor nullified (most of meepo's tankiness)
Morph as well, gets destroyed by et
ET has always been goated, that facet only made him weak mid game

Na it's strong but ET usually kills in 4 or 5 hits anyway. The F2 gives you an amazing amount of attack speed, which is all ET ever needs anyway. If the F1 gave you a 3 second grace period or decayed slowly, it would be the better facet.
@@mmortal8183 Yes and no. Yes it's strong but as Waga said ET earlygame isn't his best characteristic. F1 helps you so much against squished carrys in early game and statistics show this - F1 has way higher winrate compared to F2.
The BH really bought a refresher in the end for spells that can refresh in 2 seconds with octarine core ... LOL omega tilted
You should actually be obliterating the mid BH. ET has massive early game power.
