Bandas faboritas,,,, 30 años esperando para verles.... Dios Como goce, ya era la segunda vez que veia a sting, en amnistia internacional en barcelona 88 pero solo, con police es otra historia....

Además no es solo baterista, toca otros instrumentos. Yo estuve en ese concierto, actuaron detrás de Estopa. Estopa lo hizo muy bien, trajeron muchos músicos, coros... Estos salieron solo los tres al escenario y era increible que tres tíos con guitarra bajo y batería sonasen así.
es tremendo y es tremendo Police. Una conjunción única de 3 tipos totalmente DISTINTOS que sin embargo lograron un producto que los une. Son el trío de pop rock (y más) màs imponente pues metieron dentro del formato pop-rock lo ètnico de Sudamèrica, Africa y Asia. Y se tocan todo,. Sting compone increíble y canta increìble. Qué más?

Con tan solo 7-8 años, me ponía el walkman cada noche tumbado en la cama, mientras observaba las estrellas, y escuchando temas como _Walking On The Moon_ , _King Of Pain_ , _Invisible Sun_ ó _Wrapped Around Your Finger_ me imaginaba montado en una nave viajando hasta ellas.

I wonder why they didn't show the big screen slide show that played during 'Invisible Sun' ? I saw them a couple times on this tour and they showed a lot of photos of kids who were victims in war torn and starving countries of the world. It was one of the most profound slideshows I've ever seen. Kudos to whoever put it together and whoever took the photos. I literally cried tears throughout the song

footage Ive not seen bfore thank u for posting no 3 amigos have ever been made for each other as these guys I love stings stuff but wouldve been happy with them never falling apart...but wow you csn certainly see how theyve grown as musicians...and stewart is a fantastic drummer,great tempo,great energy,and as for skill noone does it better....just awesome!!!!

Individually, they are ok. Sting had a few hits on his own, but never had the drawing power like THE POLICE. The three without each other, are just not good, nor do they have the same sound if one of them is missing. Love that the crowd of Madrid was into THE POLICE.
Andy Summers' 2012 album "Fundamental" is the closest I ever saw anything sound remotely like new Police songs, at least the second half of the album which is sung in english

Sting found the best drummer in the world but can't seem to recognize any of the qualities that make Stewart's drumming so unique. Basically stayed around the guy only to get a label deal So fucking sad. Sting did not deserve it. Humans are very disappointing sometimes.

However, the backing vocal sounds 'synthetic'. Did they overdubbed the video? Because, especially with Stewart Copeland's habit of rushing the tempo, it'd be very difficult to did it live (to fly in pre-recorded backing track live when they play),.. or did they? Or, if it did live, was there someone else involved behind the stage to do about it?
