Whenever we apply for any job, in its advertisement it is mentioned that what type of job is it. Whether it is regular or temporary/ adhoc or contractual.
Some times it is very confusing to differntiate between adhoc and contractual appointments. However, we should be aware of it before applying.

Very good knowledge mam, I recently joined Faridabad District Court as Clerk (Adhoc) but actually the officials appointed me as Additional Ahlmad in court room where I had no job culture, no routine and no one to tell me what to do and also the permanent employee there appointed as Ahlmad isn't very cooperative. Then in 5 days I'd resigned from my job with a valid reason and feeled relieved now. Both of these jobs have very adverse effects on one's mental health and the permanent employees there feels that we are mules that can heavy workloads daily.

If adhoc employees are oppointed against vacant post,will they be expelled out of their job when new regular employees are oppointed after recruitment by govt
Adhoc is a post created for specific purpose.
If any adhoc employee is working for more than 14 years and no regular appointee is joining , Can he claim for regularisation as he is their from.last 14 years, Over age be hua hoga , do comment plz

Maam adhoc candidate aur contract basis candidate promotion exam ya department exam ke liye eligible ho sakte hai kya agar ho sakte hai toh kitna time period ke baad

What if employer wrote in notification the the post is "Ad-Hoc Contract basis"

a private college posted a advt. stating contractual/adhoc appointment, interview bhi hua, and aaj call kiye ki management se haan ho gayi hai, u can join from tommorrow, and said me to bring a joining letter in which i will write that iam joining the college from this this date for 6 hrs. , there is no contract nothing?please guide? and commerce assistant professor ke liye tha post and they are offering just 15000 ruppees?
Most private colleges don't pay according to norms. However, in such jobs, salary can be negotiated. Rest, it also depends upon your qualifications (masters, doctorate), NET etc. As far as contract is concerned, most of the details regarding job is mentioned in the appointment letter. However, if you still have any doubts like security deposit money, any bond, termination etc., you can clear at the time of joining.

If you are very interested in this job then just have a word with any of the faculty over there that what is the scenario. Because I feel you will face the same problem while taking your experience certificate as well.

One question.. Do contractual employees need noc for document verification in govt jobs
A contractual employee do not require a NOC but you should once check the terms and conditions of your contract and can also confirm from the concerned govt department. Hope this helps 🙏

As per my knowledge, contractual employee do not require any noc but, if ...and... if... it is asked to be submitted, then you will be given some time period for submitting the same. 👍

Mam, how can i do job as part time professor at the time of full time phd?
First of all, it is important to seek your guide/ mentor permission. Rest is how much time your PhD specialization demands (field visits, lab work, survey etc.) Then apply for a suitable job. Hope this helps 👍❤️

As per rules, any contingency of project or stipend during PhD does not allow to persue any job, but still I highly recommend to take advise of your guide in this regard. All the best✨

As per my knowledge, 'any' teacher with a degree in respective field, B.Ed. or full time relevant diploma (in this case) with CTET/ TET is eligible to receive full salary as per norms. However, any relevant experience will be an asset. Hope this helps🙏❤️
