When you install Crysis 3, it should automatically update your dx11 drivers. If crysis isnt working, maybe your videocard isnt compatible with dx11... Anyway, YES it should help, make sur to download the lastest dx11 drivers, my link is a little bit old...

yeah i tried getting directx on there it didnt work
i wanted to play world of tanks on there but when i installed it it said
fatal error please refer to DXError.log or (something)

Roxio isnt working? Because if you have dx11, you should have dx9. Maybe you don not have the latest dx9 wich is 9.0c Try updating like the video. (updating dx drivers shound not dive bad effects)
