Thanks for this. This is one of the many competitions that Surya thrived in and one of many she had some of the best free skates. I'm slightly sadden when seeing commentary on other videos trying to make it seem like she never had a good competitions outside of the controversial 1993 Worlds where she won the silver below Oksana.
@@TonyWheeler great to hear, I run a Facebook group on Surya Bonaly's career and greatest era of figure skating so I hope u don't mind I posted this already in Surya group I'll post link to this channel and I lost my boxes of everything I recorded from 1993 forward.. literally 20 plus boxes of everything recorded or aired in USA television.. I lost Blondie's bootleg concerts I also have Blondie's Debbie Harry group and the B-52's group, it's a great thing I have RUclips to stop the sting of having everything lost and rebuild again to lose it again, makes me realize that possession of material is not the most important thing but it still hurts.. knowing I had everything lots of program's and I haven't yet seen on RUclips including the 2001 fox grand slam professional 2 program's and the winners teams in each bracket went head to head Rudy and Surya against Brian and Yuka.. Surya's best 3 program's and competitive skating in her whole career... I have never found that on RUclips.. but I am so glad I got the 2 and I definitely never saw either of those on BBC or trophy lalique in USA television before.. take your time and much appreciated
Scott- I am fairly certain that I have the Grand Slam competition as part of the large set of DVDs I received, so not all hope is lost! I'm trying to work methodically through this, so pro competitions may take some time before I get to them. And feel free to share links to the programs! I'm here to share everything!

There was NO NEED TO IMPROVE on her ARTISTRY. Surya's jumps were SUPERB and she EARNED the GOLD MEDAL.
