My fondest memory of this fireworks show was on my 14th birthday. I thought it was the most heartfelt, touching tribute to the park that I call my "second home". I cried tears of joy afterwards. The only thing that killed the moment for me was some guy coming up behind me and asking if I was ok. lol
WOW! 1000 memories attached to this show. I cried almost the entire video. Thank you so much for posting this! I cant wait for Disneyland Forever in May.
I remember seeing this for the first time and it just blew me away, but we took my Mom who was around 75 at the time and she had never been to either DL or DW. She was just in awe of this show. We lost her a couple of years later, but she always talked about her 3 days in Disneyland. The last 2 times we went back the didn't have fireworks (1 year there was an accident) the next we went during a week that closed at 8 so no FWorks. The next time I go back I will see fireworks some how. Went to DW this winter and Wishes was good, but nothing like this show in my opinion.
why wood they change this? this is the best classic firework show ever and it will never get old! and this is the first firework show that ever premiere on Disneyland's 50th anniversary and this also resembles who Disneyland is and how great it is!:D
You know... I've watched and listened to this show countless times and I never get tired of it. I love the new projections that they added but I do like this older version slightly better. There are a few differences between the actual fireworks in both versions and I have to say these ones are better. Also... I happened to notice that the music in this video is slightly off key
You should do a film for this too. I loved the Fantasmic one and I wished you'd zoom in on Tink a bit more and You should add different angles just like the Fantasmic one. Well anyways your Videos are fantasmic :)
Oh my gosh!!! Is that the same flames they use for the Halloween Show? I wonder if this means it's back this year? I saw in a lot of videos last year it wasn't in it.
They needed to shorten the show for it was too long and while the show is going on Fantasyland gets closed so they took that part out so people won't get too impatient waiting to go back into Fantasyland. Well, at least that's my theory.
This will be scheduled until October (only weekends) if u check the event calendar on the website then you'll know. but in November (the beginning) it should run until the 11th because on the 11th that"s when Disneyland has there Christmas fireworks and that should be running until the beginning of Janurary and thats when Remember Dreams Come True comes back until maybe May and June and then "Magical" starts running throught out the Summer season and then the whole routine starts all over!
It's a shame they don't have the assistive listening receivers for the fireworks, World of Color or Fantasmic. Then you could just pipe in the audio to the camera. (You might have to bring a deaf friend along to make it legit.) :)
remainds the best firework disney ever created, its quite sad since todays much larger disney fanbase is completely unaware of the Disney that once was and are only accustomed to the giant over the top monopoly that exists today the new firework shows are way too flash and include way too many non disney franchises
you are great eddie, however these guests cant just shut the frick up everytime a show hits. World of Color was the first time people where quiet for me :) fantasmic people dont shut up lol

i remember i watched this on the 50th anniversary of Disneyland. I was still a kid.
By far my favorite disney firework display. Its not as good as being there but its pretty damn close. I can't wait to go next week!!!

We just revamped this one.. It's been out for 3 months. We've had a new firework show for a while.
what happened to the big thunder mountain scene? why did they get rid of it? that's a huge chunk missing in the show.
