i have another game that it might be (with the 2 dolls). Dongdaemun is a traditional Korean children's game where two players form an "arch" or "gate" using their hands, while other players pass underneath. As players move through the gate, they (probably the dolls or the speakers) sing a nursery rhyme about opening the East Gate (Dongdaemun) and South Gate (Namdaemun) of Seoul. When the song ends, the "gatekeepers" (dolls) lower their hands to catch the player passing through at that moment. If it's in Squid Game, when the dolls lower their hands, the person or people underneath them is probably eliminated.

And he himself is not exactly having the best time of his life right now and seems to be close to a mental breakdown or something like that; so he might react more sensitively than usual. Still, I think it would be bad writing if he suddenly started caring. He has more important things to worry about than a couple of greedy employees making extra money for themselves.

Because they didn’y plan 3 seasons, they planned two but season 2 got so long they split it in two

It’s cause the series was only supposed to have 1 season and season 2 and 3 were just getting spat out
Korean dramas on average always go from 8 episodes the ones with less and up to 20 the ones with more. This was meant to be a whole longer season, for whatever reason it was split in two. And episode seven had a decent cliff-hanger to leave it there until the rest is released.
It's not dumb, they made two extra seasons and expanded it instead of your typical 9 episodes per season. They made 2 seasons because there were too many episodes and they wanted to take their time developing the characters, so they split season 2 into two parts.

I have a theory. I think that since 120 took part in the rebellion that she had to switch her number with someone else that looked similar to her that was already dead so she took the switched the clothes and made it look like she was killed by some random player or something. Also as Micheal showed us 208 doesn't have a o or x patch so its possible that thats just a shot from red light green light so she could have died in lights out and she looks kinda similar to her so this pretty much confirms my theory.
