I really like how this song progresses in the same way that the AU was supposed to. It begins with a fight between the human and Papyrus, then a very weakened Sans steps in, uses too much of his power and is taken out of commission, and then Papyrus goes mad, using all of his power for a final phase. Props to you for working on this initially, even if it got scrapped
It's a shame to hear that the creator of Butterfly Effect doesn't want to do anything with the AU anymore, it seems. I thought that it was quite refreshing for a swapped Dusttale AU, and had some interesting design and narrative elements to it. Plus, the song sounds quite good. I can only imagine how cool it would've looked in-game! Though, that being said, good on the team for sticking by the creator's decision.
Might be disliked but wouldnt be surprised if someone makes a chart to the song with animations and what not. I mean the designs and music is there. Its probably a matter of time and yeah its disrespectful but has that stopped people before?

When I saw this idea I was blown away, and I was just scrolling through RUclips when I saw this song, which in the title said "scrapped", and I was disheartened, but I understand why, and I want to congratulate you on the respect you have given to obey the original author. I know it would be amazing, the whole team demonstrated in the mod demo that you are talented, and I know Daniztic is too, but certain things happen, and that's it. Honestly i think Friday Night Dustin' will be the best mod in FNF (in my opinion). The music is just too damn good and the art is stunning. I'm actually sad this got scrapped , such a damn good song , but gotta respect the autors decision.
At 2:36, he pulls out the "gauntlet of deadly terror" (which is basically some massive weapon collection) that he shows to frisk in the bridge in the original undertale. Thats why there's a dog at the end, because there's a dog on a rope in the collection too. Also the why there's clanging and whirring sounds is because he has stuff like spears and cannons etc.
