    I just did this last week on my 92. It had a very low cold start idle around 600 rpm and a very high warm idle around 1500 rpm. Great video on how to replace it

    Jeez Miata Man I was sure you’d sorted it!! I’m intrigued now and can’t wait for part 3. This is better than watching your favourite TV show. Keep up the great work MM 👌

    Hmm, well when you unplugged the IACV it ran at one RPM, a bit higher than desired but no surging. So that must be the area where the fault is. Fuel injector body maybe?

    Would this not be the same for 1994?

      @MiataMan  2 месяца назад

      It would be similar. However, the parts are different from 94-97.

    Hey man I have almost the same problem with my 90 Miata and I was cleaning my throttle body and realized that "O" rubber bit, on the throttle body side, that the intake tube goes into has been ripped. I want to get a replacement but I have no idea what that is called... is there a name for it?

      Not sure what the exact name for that part is. Intake tube to throttle body adapter?? Mazda will be able to find it in the schematics.
