I never learned to have a good attitude to food and working out, and when I got really depressed I also got bigger. When I almost hit 100 kg I started to make some small changes to not become bigger, and after 5 years I am now down to a weight that I feel so much more comfortable with, and I have changes my attitude to food and working out! I now love the days I am able to work out, because I see the improvements! Its not about numbers, but how I feel! And just being able to walk without constant pain is worth so much to me! I still got a lot more work to do, and some days I let myself eat candy (because we need to enjoy life also), but I am so proud of myself! 😊

I also had crazy weight gain and strange symptoms out of no where a few years ago! Turned out, my gallbladder had nearly completely shut down and I needed surgery. I lost so much weight after that. But I had a similar experience where I woke up one day and was like, "omg I've gained a lot." I appreciate you talking about this because I feel like it's more common than we care to think about. Would love to see more lifestyle stuff from you! Also, congrats on the book so far!! tbh you're a big inspo for me and I appreciate what you share here on yt ❤

Oof, I totally relate to your body struggles. I moved in August and I also got sick at the end of August into September, so my workout schedule was completely gone and I was eating awful and mostly to deal with stress. I watched my body change from more toned to flabby and hanging over my pants. As someone who lost a significant amount of weight a few years ago, I was paralyzed by the idea that I would just end up back in that unhealthy place. But I'm finally feeling like I'm coming back to myself. Sometimes life just happens, I guess. I'm glad you're feeling a little better, at least!

I'm not an interior decorator, but maybe if you want to separate living room space and office space you can divide with the couch. Or a shelf if you think more storage would be nice as a divider so if you do move the printer it could still be against a wall. Not sure, but I hope you're able to figure something out.
Also, it did make sense what you were saying about your health. I'm glad you're feeling pride and good at where you're at. Thank you for sharing. Growing up and seeing how our bodies are changing and keeping up with it is definitely hard to balance and a new learning. Wishing you well as you continue learning your body again.

Honestly, I didn’t even realize you had gained that much weight. I like you for your personality ❤️ Anyway, I can relate to what you're saying. I gain about 4 pounds every 5 years and somehow can’t lose it. I guess my metabolism is slowing down as I age (is that a bad manifestation? 🙈). Funnily enough, I have a better relationship with my body as I get older. Now, I just enjoy my food, check my health numbers regularly (cholesterol, uric acid, etc.), work out twice a week, and the rest is about enjoying my life 🥳
