Sir, In the case of equity mutual funds purchased prior to budget 2024, the new LTCG of 12.5 percent should not be made applicable. Similarly Debt funds purchased prior to March 2023 and held for more than 3 years should be entitled to indexation benefit as was the dispensation prior to implementation of budget 2024. In this hyper inflationary economy, indexation is a must for long term investments.

If I hold few shares in US trading account, how to compute long term gains? If capital gains is made on Mar, and the amt is remitted to my Indian Bank in Apr, how should I show it in itr? I normally get IRS only for calender year. Pls clarify it in a video. If possible, pls guide how to fill itr2 in that case.

Sir, Can you please make a pdf only for Capital gain Taxation, showing Asset Class, Holding Period, Tax Rate, Indexation Benefit for Financial Year 2024-25 as whole (before & on or after 23/7/24 transaction in FY 24-25) including relief option of 20% with indexation and 12.5% without indexation , lower.

Sir ITR 5 JULY K pahle file ki thi STCG ki rebate 87A claim ki gai thi ITR M but after 5 july k bad itr revise karni h ya demand tax deposit karna h

Sir, I am a small youtuber and have earned 6000 rupees by providing link of Amazon products on videos. TDS was deducted under section 194C.I also have interest income of 80000 and TDS was deducted under section 194A. I had filed ITR 1 but have received notice under 139(9) saying my return is defective. Which Form I should use for filing revised return or is it correct to use ITR 1
