I loved Steve Perry's voice as an unmarried young woman, then I loved it as a young married and I still love and appreciate his beautiful as a widow. When I hear SP voice it brings back all the wonderful memories of my late husband. Keep on singing Steve Perry because you bring happiness to our hearts.

Steve Perry voice is amazing still to this day. People these days think they can sing. It's not called singing when they use auto tune. Anyone who can't sing naturally like Mr.Perry isn't a singer!

@@nancysawyer9307 In 2017, he had an open air free concert in Hanford, the place of his birth. Afterwards he spoke to his fan and it was fantastic. He is full of life, love for his fans, and tremendous amount of humility. He spoke to you like you are his best friend and very exited to tell you how happy he is to be coming back to the music industry again. Oh, how I wish I have it on tape so I could preserve it for myself about the conversation we had. Alas, I did not even think of it because I was just so mesmerized by his amazing personality.

@@acuteteacher You don't have to believe me. There are a lot of things that happen that are never in the news. There were no news crew when he came to Hanford. In fact, that is what his character is. No announcement whatsoever when he goes to the cemetery where his mother is buried. No one following him, no fans, no one, which is how he prefers it to be. What I can say is that he poured out his heart about how he feels about coming home to Hanford, how it means a lot to him to talk to his townsfolks. I live in Hanford, and so to him, that is important enough to have a conversation with. I have a video of him videotaping me while he let the others continue the singing for him. This is private, for my eyes only because I don't want it watered down by publicity. This is not about me, it is about the character of this man who loves deeply and is the most humble man I ever met.

@Perry Response Chat I have been living in Hanford since 2005. I live in the Philippines before that. I migrated to Santa Clara, California in 1989. But I listen to your songs. Did you know that Arnel Pineda is from my hometown in Tondo, Manila? His family is from Pampanga, where I was born. He had a very hard life and I am so happy for him. I saw you supporting him in the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. That is so cool. He had a real-life Cinderella story and I admire him too, not just because he is my townmate.

My plan for New Year’s is as follows spend a couple hours at the beach. It’s 80° here in Central Florida. Pick up some dinner, practice on my guitar for a little bit, Open up a really good bottle of wine and watch the ball drop on TV like I do every year. May 2022 be a turning point for all of us for the better. Steve as usual thank you for the gift of your heart, your music and your words. I cannot wait to see what you have for us in 2022. Till this day I am still surprised how clearheaded I was to even realize that I was purchasing this ticket to see him in person for I had just lost my mother two months prior to Alzheimer’s and was dealing with her estate. To this day I swear my mother had something to do with me going to this event. She always used to tell me when I’m gone do not cry over me, enjoy your life, go do what you love and follow your passion.😔

I certainly HOPE and PRAY that 2024, will be a "Better Year," than 2023. Yes, it seems that we had more Scientific Advancement as far as the COVID-19 Vaccine is concerned, so that people won't be Dying all over the World.
Unfortunately, the War between "RUSSIA and UKRAINE" has NOT ceased. And now the War between "PALESTINE and ISRAEL" continues to cause havoc. "WAR" is certainly "Senseless," where "Neither Side" will eventually be the True "Victor." Especially because, Both Sides involved WAR, will needlessly, destroy "Lives of All Ages (From Infants to the Elderly). We were never Created to be "OVER One Another, nor to Kill Another. (Genesis 1:26-28; Romans 5:12; Exodos 20:13b; Matthew 26:52) "ALL" come from one Man. That Man is ADAM, the "Fore-Father" to us All. We are all Connected as Family. How can we possibly kill someone, we are related to?
Sadly Both Sides have CAUSED massive Deaths & Widespread Injuries. As they Destroy Properties, they in turn, create Homelessness, Severe Hunger, Lack of Schools, and Help Centers, which are so desperately needed.
I live in Texas, so some may think,I %that since I live in the United States, these Horrific Tragedies might NOT affect me. But they do.
It truly saddens me to hear of Wars, or other Earthly Events, where we are made to fear, loosing our Lives, or the Lives of those whom we Dearly Love.
Our only Guaranteed "HOPE" of a Better Life, is, of course, OUR HEAVENLY FATHER AND GRAND CREATOR, JEHOVAH. Since he created us, HE alone, knows what is Good for us. At his appointed Time (which is coming soon ), HE will cleanse the Earth, through this Promised Kingdom. This is the Kingdom (Government) Jesus taught his Apostles and Disciples to pray for. It is ONLY, by means of God's! Kingdom that this World will finally be cleansed and filled with People whom Love their God, Jehovah, and Love their Neighbors. We do have "HOPE" since Jesus gave his Life for "Our Sins. Jesus Christ, has proved he Sincerely Loves, his Father, Jehovah, God, and ALL HUMANKIND. (Psalms 37:9-11, 29, 83:18; Daniel 2:44, Revelation 21:3-5, Isaiah 55:10, 11, 41:10, 13) I sincerely hope and pray that these Scriptures. bring you Comfort, Peace, and of course, HOPE. 🙋♀️🩷🌷🌺🙏🙏🙏

His voice has matured due to his emotional and spiritual recovery which he has the balls to talk about and nobody will understand him b/c they cannot put him in a box. He is so authentic and real. He is wonderful....such a deep person. He will never be understood for leaving Journey but he did what was right for him.

The snow, moon, & northern lights looks so beautiful with the blue hue. I can see my siblings and I sledding on the snow, making snowmen, snow angels in the perfect picture snow. Snowball fights was a fun delight specially on new years night.
