Don't worry mate, you've probably put on muscle mass. This happens to me when I burn fat and up my exercise. Same with my sister and my wife. Keep at it bud. 💪
@@GillyReviews exactly. A loss is a loss. My sis is calorie counting and only loses 1 pound a week normally, but she walks like a power walker and is constantly increasing muscle mass. Good luck mate, you've got this 💪

Think long term. It’s another loss. Keep going. Give your self a 6 month target not a weekly one. You can do this ❤
