The Garden Grove Story - FCC Outstanding Business Achievement Award

Paul Lammers, Owner and Vice President of Garden Grove shares. We are honoured to be winner of the FCC Outstanding Business Achievement Award (Large Company).
Every year the Flamborough Chamber of Commerce (FCC) honours and celebrates the very best in corporate excellence and community service.
We were judged on:
Entrepreneurship (total quality management, innovative marketing and business systems, expansion of operation, special awards),
High Standard of Employee Relations (such as exemplary employer/employee programs, training initiatives, communication, motivation of employees) ,
Promotion of Hamilton outside the area (expansion of market area, introduction into new markets, launching of new products)
Excellence in Community Relations (such as corporate support in various community groups such as the Chamber sports, arts, special events, customer service excellence)
Product Innovation (unusual products, approaches to customers, innovative research and development)
Green Innovation (Such as environment stewardship and sustainable business practices)
and Community Service/Corporate Social Responsibility.
