I hate ea. I had a wedding when this happened and couldn’t do this. Now everyone that could got a boost and had so much fun. They should have at least kept this going for the event so everyone had the chance to get everyone. There’s two months left to this game, leave it be. EA and their money hungry company. They just made a fortune off college football…
This thing was exactly what I hoped. Was trying to build Toronto team this late and be competitive was difficult, but this certainly helped me and made the game fun again. Building team was fun, and got almost all the players I wanted.
I ripped 1300 packs and created over 1000 power up collectibles. I was able to get enough fodder to make 99 Matthews, 99 McDavid, 99 MacKinnon, 99 of every ultimate legend, 99 Quinn Hughes, 99 Roman Josi and 99 Bedard as well as 98s to round out the rest of the lineup
This was not the method that I used but I still did one that allowed for infinite player packs and it was some of the most fun that I have ever had playing HUT. My team went from 96 overall to 98, added like 3 99s and 3 98s, have a couple players chilling in the storage set too that might reach 99 like TOTS Panarin. Im sad that they changed it back. It was fun while it lasted, I had barely enough to do the 17.5k pack in the store and got 94 trade deadline Patty Kane. While I was excited that I pulled him I was also somewhat bummed because I’ve been grinding to get him all the way up and had him at a 93

Pulled the 99 draft McKinnon Variant from this. Built Kuch TOTS, Mcdavid draft card, pulled 98 Kempe MSP. Was a nuts day for HUT. Around 100 purples maxed all my power up players. All from player packs…. What a day for HUT.

I used power up collectables and trade deadline ones (Trade deadline had a level where you got 4 player packs along with the collectables) to do this. Did pretty well

Made 99 Rob Blake team builder, pulled 97 Draft Chris Pronger, 97 draft Marc Andre Fluery as my new back up goalie, made 99 suzuki x factor from scratch, i have over a hundred purples in my storage set rn, i was opening player packs and re rerolls for hours lmao, probably pulled around 500 purples, it got to a point where i was physically exhausted and had to stop myself but of course when i woke up they patched it. I probably have like 5000 pre season collectibles 😂
These packs were busted. I made 6 99’s for my team and packed so many 88+, 90+, 96+. Absolutely insane. I got unlimited 99s, team of season and power ups
If you do the SOTM set, you could get dozens of packs from 1 89 without opening any players packs first And then the Hut Heroes set you're guaranteed 5 players packs per 90 OVR instead of 4 Either way you're guaranteed tons of packs, but this way you use less players
They made the most amt of money they have in months and there player count went way up like im acc struggling to keep playing this game and this jus feels like a slap in the face nhl is my favorite game franchise and I'm finding it hard to keep playing henreek summed it up best

This was the best thing and helped me recover some players from past events. It made my team from a 92 to a 98. And pulled so many high 90 + and it sucks that it lasted for how short it was when to game/ HUT was dead i'm hoping it comes back but me knowing how EA works it not going to be restored big L from EA😢. Realistically it was way too op, I'm a casual player and made my team go from a 88 ovr to a 96 ovr on that day alone pulling the new 99 Kuznetsov too in a player pack, I think the odds needed a fix but they literally nerfed it into the ground unfortunately.
Hopefully Tuesday they drop reroll sets that are 10x+ the normal ones. Having 13,000 silver cards I'm going to be forever turning them into the 16 silvers reroll.
@ThrashHky was a major W, weirdest bit is besides hitting Byfield 98 I only hit 3 cards over 100k, Byfield himself got 900k and 2 97 Jarvis, 1 for 320k and one someone traded me 99 Quinn Hughes who got me 398k so cheers EA

I built tots Josi, the two ultimate draft players, tots matthews and tots nylander thanks to the glitch. I also got tots Dobson from a player pack
The draft 90ovr set was the best as you got 4 players packs to maximize your packs 😊
