Yeah, which is why I don't really appreciate it when Coach D kicks out the child as opposed to just the parent. It's not the child that's acting crazy, it's their parent or their relative. The only thing the child can do is tell their parent or relative not to act up and act out for their sake. But even trying to correct the parent or the relative can be seen as disrespectful, which is rather sad.

I noticed once Selena stop going in there fussing, Sunjai got it. I use to think Mrs Dee was tough and unfair but after watching and time went on, I saw she wanted the best for the girls. She only ride you when she knows you can do better
Exactly. Mrs Dee told Selena she was holding Sunjai back. Also Mrs Dee didn’t like that Sunjai wasn’t consistent. I understand Selena wanting her daughter to dance, but what I didn’t like was Selena didn’t care if her kids didn’t have the stands or not, which can cause the team to loose as long as her kids dance, I didn’t think that was right at all.
Sunjai is me in high school, l always got cut a day to the competition but never gave up and the day l made it to the finals l was like a hungry lion set out. l never made any cuts since then

Every parent is upset but no one is getting extra practice...nobody is paying for a private coach...nobody asking Diana what practice techniqies their child needs to do...the only one who tried is Brandon other than that?!NOTHINGGGGGG.....parents not even trying in my opinion because there's always more and to gender your child by enabling and coddling them wanting to quit like that's not a natural response to disappointment...as an ex bandsmen I CAN NOT stand to see people who has never tapped into that part that pushes yourself

Idc what anybody says, Sunjai showed the REAL grind of a doll. I’m sure none of the other girls didn’t struggle that hard to make stands and to be in every creative. We literally seen every struggle AND her becoming a permanent member on the battle squad. The ONLY person we seen do it

Isn’t she the coach? Why is she blaming the parents for their kids sitting they aren’t the ones coaching them and if the parents would get in the way y’all know they’d get yelled at
The girls learn the stands in class and have to practice at home and perfect their moves and timing. When they come to class they should have the moves down. If they don't remember the choreography it's not the coaches fault. The dancer has to remember and execute to make cuts. They all learn the same routine at the same time. No one has an advantage other than talent.
It was a Battle Squad practice. They were not on the Battle Squad.

@@deena7933 They weren't on battle squad and they shouldn't have been at the practice. Selena never learned a thing she would get blessed out by coach D and come right back for more; she fought for her children.
Parents of children in activities never encourage their kids to practice outside the activity unless they understand...Diana can't force you to learn AND retain and repetition is the only way to learn
