Monks Cross Shopping - York. Busy but loads of empty shops - New Decathlon store

Monks Cross is a shopping park just outside of York, North Yorkshire. It is home to many brands including, Primark, Decathlon, Boots, Asda, Sainsbury's and TK Maxx to name just a few.
