When I was 6, I’m 36 now, I was on vacation in Hollywood and remember this older crazy/drunk black guy (50-60yo) in a wheelchair harassing us as we walked down sunset boulevard at night. Guy had no legs and had a blanket on his lap. Too this day me and my family refer to him as wheelchair man when we remember that story. I wonder if he could still be alive, highly doubt it.
