Just the vulnerability of the poor things, when they're outside unprotected, and what can they really do to defend themselves in labor? This is a kind of real beauty we see here: mother cat warm, dry, well fed, and free of fear. Bless the one who provided this safe birth for her.

Normally the mother cat will prepare a litter box beforehand and and change in the place of birth can potentially cause stress , or am i missing a few points?
