One of the more pivotal bands of the now notorious Vestfold Hardcore scene, building on the legacy of the bands that came before them like So Much Hate, Bannlyst and Barn Av Regnbuen, they had a sound and song structuring it's difficult to describe or define - from going as hard as brutal as any burning spirits band to more rudimentary peniesque parts, they captured the brutality and franticity of 90's hardcore to a point without ever compromising an inch, with Robins unprecedented and almost manic songwriting, Dag's deliriously pummeling on the drums, Bjerkan's competently thundering, but at times almost playful bass lines and Alf's brutal, verging on guttural but never crossing the line, vocals with some of the best song titles and concice lyrics of any hardcore band ever helped place Kort Prosess as a mastodon of norwegian hardcore
