    Fights like this, and all the smoke be blown up her ass, made Ronda confident in her standup.
    In reality, her ground game was ACTUALLY next level, and was amazing to watch on her rise.

      I don’t know about the coach , I’m uneducated on that . I just felt there was a SEVERE decline in confidence and a lot was mental . *This knockout win was Ronda’s downfall. Her coach brainwashed her into thinking her striking was the best and then she got this KO.* If she just grappled Amanda Nunes and Holm there’s no way she would’ve lost. Ronda walked blindly into clean shots from both of them and didn’t get dropped. There’s no way she would’ve gotten dropped by avoiding punches and shooting for takedowns and clinches etc

    • @Browser404
      @Browser404 2 года назад +7

      Oh yeah but thats nothing new Many of them fight well outside their weight classes to have that advantage. If they can handle those vicious cuts then it can benefit their career.
      Look at usman, weighs in at 170lbs, probably fights closer to 180-185. But he's a much bigger advantage in Welterweight. Same as McGregor who use'd to look like a crackhead at weighin's.

    Not a big fan of Rousey BUT if there was any fight I wanted her to win at all costs was vs Betch, she was next level disrespectful and that was satisfying even for Ronda haters. Sadly though for similar reasons she was on the opposite side of the spectrum vs Holmes. However losing to Holmes is one thing, losing to Correia would’ve been a loss that may haunt you forever. Holmes and Nunez, you can live with those losses. Love or hate Ronda she made her mark and with the right coaching may have went further however still made a historic mark in UFC history and nobody can take that away from her.

    Ronda did have good hands actually, she even hurt Holm in the first round. The problem was she never formed good habits for when she was hit, it was her defense that was terrible and this is COMPLETELY the fault of Edmond. The only way to get used to getting hit is to get hit. Brock was the same way, tons of "power" but inexperience showed in the defense.

    Ronda Rousey , como lo muestra este video solo fue un producto bien promocionado y mejor vendido. Aunque sus méritos Olímpicos son impecable y se les respeta, las MMA fueron una fantasía, que cuando despertó a la realidad del nivel de este tipo de competencia; le quedo demasiado grande. Lamento todo el trauma por el que tuvo que pasar y vivir , pero era necesario para que se convirtiera en mejor persona.

    Rousey needed better trainers and not yes men, she would still be among the best women in MMA (STOP WITH THE CAP ABOUT HER BEING BAD). I am disappointed in Tyson, he knows what yes men and celebrity culture does to athletes he should have warned Rousey.

    Everyone was a yes man to Ronda. I think her mom was the only one that was probably real with her. Unfortunately, she was grossly outnumbered. Her coach sucked, yes, but so did everyone else who gassed her up as far as her striking went. This fight was beginning of the end. She won, but in winning how she did, she lost. She lost her mind by believing she was now a world class striker. She lost when she started believing she was the best and that everyone was 3 tiers below her. You always have to assume the next contender can beat you so that you aspire to trsin smarter and harder, stay hungry. She was a star who had leeches and yes men around. There was only one way to go from there.

    Tyson was paid very well to hype Rousey. The Former Baddest Man On The Planet praising The Baddest Woman In Her Mind meant more money for the UFC. Spend $50 thousand for two hours of Tyson's time made $500 thousand for UFC.

    She says fighters are like plants. And meisha is a crop you can harvest every year. And Corriea is the other type she didn't think would come back after a loss. But ummm she still fights. But Ronda met a lady named Nunes and good bye best in the world talk. She runs from the UFC bantamweight title belt if it's in sight.
