Pappa had it and I have also a great deal of anxiety and taking that step away and going for a walk is helpful as well as for me prayer and meditation. Love you lots.
Really needed this video! Had a very rough weekend and I’ve realised it’s due to not looking after myself. I was just wondering have you ever considered getting an assessment for ADHD? I’ve recently been diagnosed and it’s helped me reframe a lot of my behaviours and build better habits. You’ve mentioned a few things in this video which sound similar to me - but ofc I’m not a doctor!
