That is such a sad story, she is soo beautiful, how can she be treated like that by her mother? Hold your head up high, you are so worthy of happiness.

There are so any stories like Michelle Millers. The stories are put on a shelf. Blessed to have been raised by her “Big Mama” and others. ❤

Redemption is amazing. A person is given up but somone else goes out of thier way to find and keep them. God bless all those who loved and helped this woman.

Now imagine how all the people feel who learn their moms wanted to abort them at one point, but reneged and adopted them out instead. That's an even worse form of abandonment. That's fatal, mortal, and permanent.

Wow! Like my mother used to say You Can't Miss what you can't measure. I went through a situation where my father didn't acknowledge me and my sister until we were grown. And for me he's to late I told him that he may have planted the seeds but another man was the farmer who cultivated and nurtured the seeds. I've seen him 5 times my whole life.

@@drf695 yes I'd love it if I had a relationship with him but he is the one that is showing no real interest in a relationship with me and my sister we are his two oldest children and he has five more children with another woman. All the other children are young enough to be mine and my sister's children.

She needs to question her father as to why he would date and get somebody like that pregnant. It says a lot about him.

Yes. It says he thought being educated (he was a Physician) and a "cafe au lait" racial background, would buy him some acceptance.
