    Her famous Bb5 or B5 note again, thanks to your reaction. You know what? Only Koreans would sing this song because the Dok-Do (a very small south Korean's island or rocks in the East Sea) featured a couple of times here in the lyrics has a big historical story. Whoever can sing along, it's ok but if one understands the underlying meaning of this song, it's not easy that a singer but Koreans dares to perform like this officially. "Dok" means alone and "Do" does an island, please listen to her pronunciation carefully in the song. Therefore the song title "Arirang alone" is, in fact, mis-named. "Dok-Do Arirang" or "lone(solitary) Arirang" is better in English I suppose. The original Korean song was invented very boring but she made it her own again only to be enjoyed mainly by Korean people again.
