I forgot how pretty Big Sur is. It's been many years since I was there. Tundra was having a good time, but I was with you, Mom, when you said you're getting too close to the edge and getting back on leash. 💜🐾🐾🐾 Hope we get to see more videos. 😊
It is so beautiful here and this has to be one of our favorite places. Bummer that the sky was gloomy so we couldn't really see the true beauty of it. So cool that you have visited. She likes to test us sometimes and the risk was not worth it lol. Back on leash she goes.
My GSP in her first day out searching for quails, ran after some, (she was 3 months old) and went thru a wired fence, then there was a crag and she fell, clearly you hear like in the cartoons fiuuuuuu.... splasH! I thought she kill herself but few seconds later she climbed back and resumed running all over the place. That first outting, she came home with very sore pads and irritaded eyes, as in our way back to the cars we were walking against strong winds (almost like a desert storm) so the sand and soil was hitting our faces, but we couldn't stop to protect from it as a huge storm was coming soon. Back at home I washed and took care of her feet and eyes, and then she went to lie in her bed for the rest of the night. I thought, I'm afraid this wasn't a good first experience for her... Next morning she was anxious to go back to the field. She never lost the excitement to go out and search for prey. (Falconry intended, not gun hunting) . GPS are something else.

Yall are in great shape! I need to work on my cardio for those hill climbs. Glad Tundra stayed away from the edge.

@tundrathegsp It was still pretty. Diffently, the risk of her falling was not worth it. I'm sure she was not happy, but safety first. 👍
I looks wonderful but Tundra much more😍

Awesome videos, could you do one on tundras diet? I like how you feed her both kibble and human food. Do you plan out the meals?
