Omg 😱very nice 👍 video bro❤️❤️
EXCELLENT!
how did that work? making the metal tips for the handle? did it just burn the peace away you put in the sand or what? what did you use for that? please that was awesome??! I just didn't get it, how that part worked? thanks thoe, great video!!!!
the pieces he buried in the sand for casting look like they were made from wax or stearin. you can also use styropor or other foams. the heat of the liquid metal simply burns it away and the cave left behind will be filled with the metal.
Anyone notice that the handle is the same clip from the katana
I'm making a glaive out of a file
Glaives are noice

Destroying a file would've been very difficult for you, right brother?
Wow awesome stuff at the end !!! But the grinder + water ... God you live dangerous lol
Handle looks like white chocolote

Не плохо, но напильник для этого не особо подходит
Тоже подумал: Бумагу напильником резать ... как то не очень ?! )))
Same handle as your Antique Egyptian Dagger huh
Looks positively Egyptian.

He hands' on the chopsaw please put the material in your left hand and operate the saw with your right, that way you dont cross your arm under the saw blade and you get to keep your random hands
It looks like the file he used on the handle is rusty too and can become another knife lol

I wonder if this dude just stops taking care of some of his tools so he can make them into something better later
It would have been could if you made the blade out of marble
You should sell your work
How do you make a scabart for it?

5 stars!
Test your knife's edge on some hard thing not on paper.।। After you will find knife's strength.।।
The back of the handle shuld be bigger than front.
good job👌

There are some Quenching Flaws in blade because of my high temperature furnace. In future i'll improve my preheating of Quenching oil Process and i'll get an Electric furnace to remove these kind of flaws so ignore them today and enjoy the video.

You'll need to know what kind of steel the manufacturer used too. Otherwise you're just guessing on how to heat treat it.
true
You appear to have your burner facing into your forge from the front. That seems to cause quite a hot spot in the back of the forge. If that's the case, that's where your problem is. With the hot spot in the very back like that, anything in that area will heat up considerably faster and with the tip of a blade having so much less mass than the rest of the blade, it will reached non magnetic way before the rest of the blade is even warmed up good. You should drill a hole in the center of your forge and feed the burner in through there instead. It will bring the hot spot further forward and the tip can be kept cooler longer and give the rest of the blade time to heat up. A good even heat is what you want when heat treating and with the current set up, you'll never get it. Great looking blade though. If you can get that heat treat down, you'll put out some very fine work. Good luck.
Гпюаюп💕❤️
Рюоонаалр,
Your work is really amazing ... Appropriated
Edges of blade splintered during quenching. Temperature was too high as you have noticed.
Can you recommend me a book that will teach me how to do all of this
Make a video of your own.
But ofcourse...we will get an " informed and educated" comment like this from those whom believe they know...
Such a great talented man on this earth 🌍
I don't know why but I instantly remembered two things.
1- The ancient Egyptian and Roman civilizations.
2- Assassin Creed ((Origin + Odyssey))

Really great build! You might benefit from putting also heating up another piece of metal and quenching it before quenching the blade, only to bring the oil's temp up. That can help reduce the risk of cracking.
To prevent pitting of the brass during sand casting, you should pack the sand down very hard. Make sure the sand is clear of any obstruction as this will create more pits in the finished product. Good job, nice build.
*London Mayor:* "There is never an excuse to carry a knife. Anyone who does will be caught, and they will feel the full force of the law"
*Americans:* DAFUQ???
Prolific Invention , there are different laws in different states, daggers are pretty well illegal, 4” is a general rule. I got stopped for a rigging knife on my belt in Hawaii. If you are camping you can get away with a Bowie. Full spring knives are illegal. They don’t make that much of an issue about knives because you don’t bring a knife to a gun fight. But you can get kicked out of school for having nail clippers.
@@johno6861 All true, although I've been carrying a sheathed knife on my belt for 25 years that some would consider a dagger, however the few times I've interacted with police it was a non issue. Also spring assisted knives were recently legalized in the state of Michigan (so was Marijuana!)
I prefer my Sig Sauer loaded with +P+ hollow points.
in the past if they catch you with knife they put it between fingers,if its longer than fingers they hit the knife pierce flesh till its same height with fingers lol.
all of Western Europe is dead to me, they've committed suicide. They will be missed but whats gone is gone
Perfect for human sacrifices. For Ancient times of course!
