    How about NANDs. would this tool work efficiently with that type of procedure?

      Heat is more efficient and less time consuming but yes you could in theory grind off Nand

      Its not a theory, its possible and plenty of examples online. Bypass the need to remove the black adhesive and no heat needed until the Nand is placed. @@antekozina9747
