stupid comments about safety in Panama as if it's worse than in the US: Gringos don't seem to notice the danger level in their own cities - gun violence unsurpassed, gangs, drugs, prostitution, drugged crazies, and hate crimes galore. Every city in the world is going to have a dangerous section and nowhere in the world should you be careless, especially at night.
We are just familiar here in the US so we know what areas are usually safer. Crime is everywhere, but I’m new country. I’d like to know what areas to avoid., no offense intended.
So you don't see the piles of rubbish everywhere and the dog mess all over the place so you couldn't smell the toxic rubbish breaking down in the heat this place is a disgrace given the money they make

The most dangerous place to be is 'in my head' if I'm not familiar with a place . I thought his comments were cautionary but reassuring .
