Here's basically who the Power Instinct fighters are based off of from Street Fighter:
Reiji - Obviously Ryu.
Keith - Obviously Ken.
Otane - Kinda a twisted Chun-Li.
White Buffalo - T-Hawk with a little Sagat mixed in.
Thin Nen - Fei-Long as a Shaolin monk (not to mention Krillin with a nose and growth spurt).
Saizo - Geki from SF1.
Angela - Female Zangief.
Annie - Mix of Cammy and Chun-Li.
Oume - Female Bison or Akuma.
