My only intention is to help - there is alot of misleading or false information given here (and alot of good information!) and I would like to clarify.
    1) The concept that leasing is more expensive monthly compared to financing. This is false. Just go to any manufacturer website, play around with the lease and financing options, and you'll see the monthly payments are significantly less if you're leasing the car. This is because at the end of a lease, you've essentially "rented" the car for that period of time. There's still a residual value of that vehicle at the end of a lease. Conversely, at the end of a financing arrangement, you OWN the car, you've paid for the full price of the car.
    2) With a lease "you don't have to worry about the services. It's taken care of for you." This is false. Regardless of whether you lease or finance a car, you are responsible for completing services at specified intervals as outlined in the owners manual. This includes oil changes, filter changes, and later down the road with more kilometres on the car, things like spark plugs and brakes. If you don't complete these services when you're leasing, and you want to return that car after a lease, you will incur huge penalties. The dealership will ask for all of your receipts and proof that these services have been completed if you're returning the car to the dealership. You can get these services done at the dealership, in which case they will have your service records. Or you can get it done from a third party service which is often less costly. Just remember to keep your receipts.
    3) "Financing on a low rate of interest is a better option" - I'd be careful about this statement. On the surface, yes it makes sense and yes everyone would prefer a lower rate of interest. To get a lower rate of interest when financing though, this means that you have to choose a shorter financing term. Which means that your monthly payment will just go up. Which may be not affordable for the buyer. For anyone reading, please also look up the concept of "cost of borrowing."
    4) With regards to options after your lease ends on a car. It's correct that you can purchase the car after your lease, and this could actually be a great financial decision. It depends on the car you're leasing. Cars like Hondas and Toyotas depreciate in value much slower than let's say BMWs or Mercedes. In other words, Hondas and Toyota's hold their value much better than more luxury brand cars. Point is that, if you decide to buy your car after the lease is done, you could very well sell that same car to a private buyer for more than what you just paid to buy it from the dealer after the lease.
Lots of good points in the video, but just wanted to help out and point out some falsehoods in the first part of the video regarding lease vs finance. Please please please look up the concept of "cost of borrowing." The longer you lease or finance a car, the more you're paying in the long run in order to borrow the funds to pay for that car. This is one of the most important concepts when it comes to lease vs finance - you have to look at the TOTAL amount that you'll end up paying for your vehicle.

Hope so you can give me the answer from your experience.

I think buying decent old car makes more sense than buying a new one. Something which is less than 100k km driven. It is worth buying in less than 10 grand post inspection with good mechanic.
