Not only is HK$ 3 for a Coca Cola cheaper than in Hong Kong, it's cheaper than almost everywhere else in China. In Shanghai you pay around CNY 3.50 (for 330 ml). This must be a special offer.
Hotmax used to be nice 4 years ago when i arrived in Shanghai but now the price raised SO MUCH !! Do stuff especially chocolate and drinks are double what they used to be... No so much worth it anymore
They might be doing like Walmart and Amazon... cheap prices to force competitors out of business, then raise praises because they are the only one still open.
How is it balanced when you are buying junk food? Where's the fresh veg and meat? Meat is very expensive in Hong Kong, that needs to be lowered drastically.
You can get cheap veg from the wet markets, they are in every district and many ppl prefer to buy there. As for meat consumption: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_meat_consumption Hong Kong has the highest in the world. I think you should reconsider what balance means, too?
Cut the prices. It may sound off topic but I chanced on this cool translator that does everything and more of what a translator should have, name is Immersive Translate and one thing that can really help is it’s new feature, which lets you create a custom AI expert for translating anything. Thank me later, it's gold.
2:47 $172/$99.5 = 73% more not 53%...

He should've shown the price of the wine and liquor.
Because there are too many thing that are overprice because of inflation and underprice because of also inflation.
I just saw another video where 2 south Africans teaching in China sang the praises of hotmaxx.
Coke is 7-11 hkd?
Is it going to turn into Walmart? Undermining the competition by price and slowly draw customers from existing businesses.

Is it popular among HKers?
Yes. But it’s too much sugar to me.
Yes, always happy when a client brings it from Malaysia:)
