Manhattan is the most densely populated of New York City’s 5 boroughs. It's mostly made up of Manhattan Island, bounded by the Hudson, East and Harlem rivers. I grew up 20 miles outside of the city, in northern new jersey. Absolutely love it here! It can get quite nasty during the rain because the city isn't the cleanest (especially now!) but it's an iconic sight to say the least!
