    Thank you so much for sharing Temu. I’m always so skeptical because I’ve been burned a few times in the past. But I am very impressed with everything I have ordered. So far nothing has arrived damaged or broken. Everything has been as described. I have had to put myself on a strict $15 a paycheck budget because I am finding so many wonderful and useful items. Caught one of your Temu unpacking videos right before this past Christmas. Yep, ordered a whole bunch for stocking stuffers. Thank you so very much. I recommend Temu to anyone who will listen to me.

    I am really glad to see you demonstrate home schooling. I want you to know that one of the things I invested in as a teacher was a laminating machine. You can then print out colorful "sheets" laminate them and use the dry erase markers you got to work them. You can level the games in difficulty and have them work their way through the difficulty levels. Teachers used to come into my classroom and see what I was doing all the time. Each student also had a color of their picking so we could color code their baskets with their tasks for the day depending on their working level. Inside the basket they had tasks to complete for reading, writing, math, science, and history each day. Once you set it all up, all you have to do is fill the baskets each day. I spent about 2 days each month setting up the tasks for the next month by printing them off, laminating them, cutting out what needed to be cut out and then putting them in levels. I would have them work on levels they already have been taught independently and taught new lessons one on one. I also had stations set up so they could each work on a station. Examples: library station, art station, puzzle station, computer station, music station, books on CD station, independent work station (tasks already taught were here) exercise stations (step machine or stationary bike) and a one on one station with me to learn new tasks. Once the task with me had been learned it then moved to the independent station for them to show me they could do it on their own. This system worked for students who learned best by one on one attention. I even went so far as to make each student a schedule posted on the wall with each station on it and their rotation for the day. They went to their schedule picked up the station indicator, moved it over on the board and then went to the station. We repeated this every 20 minutes all day long. The schedule helped them know what station was coming up next on their schedule. My students LOVED it and almost never had any behavior problems.

      You can’t recycle laminated sheets and for most homeschoolers the cost of laminating one sheet is more than printing two or three sheets several years apart.

    • @justcallmesuzzie
      @justcallmesuzzie Год назад

      @@solidflyer286 I don't think I fully explained. If I was teaching a skill that needed "drills" addition, subtraction, multiplication, division facts. I would print a colorful set of them out, laminate them, and have my students complete a different one each day rotating the set through so they get all of the sheets until they were 100% on all sheets. This prevented me from having to print out a sheet every day. I hope that explains the system I had.

      Depends on your state homeschooling laws.
      In Texas, your family IS its very own tiny private school when you homeschool, so you don't have anything to do with the state. Only public school students have to do the state testing.
      Keep in mind that public school on line is NOT homeschooling, so those students who do any form of public school (like state funded Connections Academy, K12, etc.) must abide by the oppressive state regulations.

She states in the video the quality matters to her and she's taking that into her review.
