The irony is that this theme's name first played when Mu La Flaga launched with the Skygrasper 1 during the first ocean battle.

Actually, as I recall it first plays when Kira is launching late in the desert arc.
This is the bgm when Freedom first launch! I don't why they changed it in the remastered version.

They didn't. It only plays at the end of the episode after Tobe Freedom.Next episode repeats the launch scene at the start and replaces it with Tobe Freedom.
