"okay looks like it does duplicate items from the shop" I guess I'm some kinda Isaac prodigy.

skindigo1 Also Tammy's head just does double your damage, varicose veins adds a flat 25 damage to the tears it fires so its almost always a lot more damage than Tammy's head

If they would've premade everything for me, I'd probably stop using it. It would just feel like, I don't know... I spend about 170 USD a month for 2000 calories a day (all of the RDA of nutrients). Little to no preparation involved, quick to eat/drink, and very little clean-up. There are better choices to be made with your income. You talk about streaming for longer hours, yet cooking (including prep and clean-up) takes a lot out of the day.
