Thank you for your lovely ideas! I would suggest putting together shepherd’s pie in the order of beef stew, mixed veg and then mashed potatoes, but don’t cook the potato flakes. Rather , I mix the flakes with water or milk, then spread over the top of the meat and veg. I put the prepared meal preps into the freezer and reheat in the microwave which will then cook the potatoes.
Please do more of these No Cook Meal Prep videos, I’ve watched all of them and am ‘hungry’ for more! I meal prep all my elderly mother’s food so she can cook in the microwave. She is getting tired of my casseroles! I made her your shepherds pie but kept the ingredients more seperate so she could eat them individually or stir it up if she wanted. SHE LOVED IT! Thanks for sharing! Will watch for more!
That’s so wonderful to hear! I plan on doing another one today so you are in luck! Thanks so much for the feedback! I do have a few more ideas that I’ll share with everyone. Welcome to my channel, I’m so glad you’re here! 😊
Dollar tree now has ready pasta for $1.25. It’s an offbrand, but I’m OK with that. Love your idea ideas quick and easy. I’m disabled so this is a great idea for me, thanks.
Oh I’ll have to check that out! Our Dollar Tree tends to be a little lackluster but I’ll keep my eyes peeled. I’m glad these videos are helpful for you! 😊
I usually freeze them and then microwave them and we eat them on nights when I don’t feel like cooking dinner. I also pack them in my husband’s lunches for work. Thanks for asking!
@@sharonwade2250I usually microwave them on high for about 4 minutes then I’ll check it to see if it needs a bit longer. You can also let them thaw in the refrigerator and then it should only take about 2 minutes in the microwave. Hope that helps!
Oh, and with a croissant or hawaiian roll, this sounds great. Thanks for sharing! Great ideas!

Do you freeze these meals or just keep them in the fridge till you're ready to eat?
