@@laurencea5545 That would be my answer too! More "freedom" outside and letting the monkeys explore the surrondings&trees by them self, not putting them in a tree by force. Just let them be MONKEYS for some time, and not only once a month. Put out different food in different places and they will learn how to forage! It would be interesting to watch how they will behave, learn and interact. See if they develop to the better. (Even though I would prefer a good sanctuary 💗)

These can be very temperamental and aggressive and bite. Macaque's do NOT make good long term pets. People love them until they lose their baby looks and start to lose control and not minding and destroy everything. Then they end up dumped somewhere to die. THESE MONKEYS NEED TO STOP BEING STOLEN FROM THEIR MOTHERS ONLY TO CASH IN ON THE RUclips MONKEY POPULARITY. RUclips is actually thinking of taking down all monkey channels in an order to stop the illegal animal trade.
It has happened with some of the Asian social media sites..As a matter of fact that is how they caught some of those ppl that had up to 4 monkey's in their homes..They were all arrested and forced to pay steep fines..Never say never because anything is possible if the right situation comes into play..

One even equated it to the dog festival showing. dogs missing front leg(s) which clearly was staged as the dogs do not get chopped up in that manner - and what is the correlation between dogs and what we see with monkeys? If people are going to make such statements they need to provide proof. The so called 'monkey trade' is not as many believe either as hundreds of baby monkeys are often found along roadsides clinging to their dead mothers and are either taken (is that what they refer to as "ripped") or left to die. Most of the monkeys caught are for laboratory sale and labs do not care for babies - which now most of the monkeys used are specifically bred for such purposes and legit labs operate under the strictest of conditions. There will always be those who operate otherwise but those are the exception. A big part of what is behind all of this is the push to outlaw in the end the eating of animals of any sort. To give animals the same rights as humans - and if people could think long term how that will work (or not work) for them if a neighbour gets ticked off at them and decides to send an attorney after them claiming their dog is suing them. The channels “my monkey”, “monkey go”, “life of monkey” all belong to the same couple, the current owners of Gon, Miu and Emily. These couple had attracted a lot of negative comments over the last few months relating to the care they provide to their baby monkeys. Further, these ppl have been through about 6 or 7 baby monkeys in the last few months, all of them raised legitimate concerns on where they came from and how they were disposed of. Opinions vary, so I won’t comment further on that. Suffice to say that they got rid of monkey Boy when he was no offer cute about 4 months ago. Also they had monkey Bum, who they gave to someone else, then they got monkey Gon and Monkey Miu within days of getting rid of Boy “due to work commitments”. Then they got monkey Bo, who also moved on after about a week. Then all of a sudden it appears that Miu has been swapped for a younger but very similar monkey. The last video of the original Miu was the one where she has a bash with monkey Bo. Following that video we never saw the original Miu again. The monkey that they call miu now is younger and has different markings from the original miu, who would be about 5 months old now. However, this new (second) Miu is clearly smaller and younger than the original Miu. This is obvious if you compare the earlier videos from 3 months ago, you can clearly see that Muir’s not the same monkey. Then, while all this is getting commented on, they bring Emily into the picture....no wonder that there have been a large number of critical comments relating to this couple...! Many ppl noted how their stories did not add up.... and, as I do, wonder about their true motives...🤔
Then the kids are there off and on it sure is one hot mess and where has Grama been lol starting to sound like the Beverly Hillbillies Ya all come back now lol and hit the like button ya hear lmao lol

Who is the judge as to how much shampoo is too much? Some days I really get a lather up and some days not - am I breaking the rules on how to lather up?. Are we now living in a society where it is accepted that only a certain amount of shampoo can be used at one time? Who makes that determination? Is there different amounts for body size, hair colour, if the substance being washed is thin or thick, coloured or gray or untreated? Please enlighten us as to how these 'rules' work as I am sure many are not following them correctly. Thank you.

Keep watching, in a few months both Gon and Mui will love swimming in their bath tubs. She’ll have to get them a baby pool so they can swim and play together. Be patient, a nice pool on a hot day will be a joy to them.
She is MUCH faster at bathing than she used to be. Daily baths using soap from head to toe are unnecessary, especially when they are this young (except the diapered areas, which could use a wash and natural air/sun exposure). But, at least she’s getting faster and using warm water. She has improved, in my observation, and for that I’m happy for her and the monkeys.
FYI, Gon is over 4 months but Mui made her debut the March 30/April 1 so she’s just approaching 4 months. They usually don’t start to swim and enjoy the water until 9-12 + months, when they become confident in their skills and have a good social system. With encouragement I hope they will get to that point.
How do you know that she is using warm water Kimberly Spillers? after awhile these babies could very well be used to cold water..I also bet that she is still bathing them daily she is just not filming it like before..She has a clean fetish that she takes to extremes and these babies are suffering because of it..

Because she said they have solar energy and the water is heated. I’m sure she bathes them daily because she said she does. She gave Gon a break because of his skin problem, vitamin C deficiency. We know that getting out in the sun, having a natural primate diet (mostly tree fruits, seeds, leaves, flowers and a few bugs foraged by himself) would also improve his skin and nature, but, any improvement is better than going the other way.

GON has such a head full of hair, his eyes are so adorable, I could watch him all day. For everyone that says MUI is a brat, just know the stump tailed macaque are the most docile out of the different macaques, that’s why MUI is more hyper. In the wild the long tailed seem to fight more too.
Honey, I believe people are concerned with the number of baths because it looks as if they are bathed quite often and bathing too much can cause dry, itchy skin. I understand they are probably a bit messy, but if you must bathe them more often limit the amount of soap you are using. Gon has already shown to have a bit sensitive skin. Drying his skin can cause him to scratch more and cause irritation. I think Gon is a very sweet and shy monkey. I haven't been here long so I don't know the whole story of how you came to have these Monkeys. I hope they are rescues and not part of illegal monkey trade. I know you didn't go take them, so I wouldn't blame you. I think your heart is huge and you just want to give them as good a life as they can have without their natural mother. Everyone watching should be able to see you love them and are trying to do your best. I am glad you have taken Emily, cuz I don't think she was in a good home before. I dont know how big your yard is but have you considered getting a "Doughboy" pool? Inexpensive, relatively small. Put it under the trees, and your monkeys can climb the tree and jump into the pool!🏊♂️🤽♂️🏄♂️ I can't think of a monkey who wouldn't think that was just great, and you dont have to bathe him as much🤗😅

Miu is really a problem. She complains all the time, she screams all the time. She is not kind, she is not cute, she is not sweet. You have to be strict with her, try to give her some discipline. She is naughty, she is spoiled, she doesn't like nor respects her brother.

Miu is a complete pain in the bum 🙄!! She’s noisy boisterous, demanding and attention seeking. Gon definitely prefers the company of quiet Emily as they are the same species of monkey .... Mummy please stop putting them together all the time ..... Give Gon and Emily a break from Miu and give them some space together without Miu as it really looks to many like you favour her more and I’m sure they think that too. Miu would definitely get told off by her mum for demanding if she were in the wild with her troupe and would be given her place by the alpha within troupe hierarchy she needs to know who’s boss and to all intents and purpose YOU are the Alpha so teach Miu she cannot have everything her way...... do this whilst young or you will have trouble with her when she’s older and stronger 🙏 have a lovely day.

@Susan Erase - since Gon has always 'looked' as he does and monkeys, not being human, do not have thought processes associated with those reserved for humans. I doubt we have to fear him contemplating suicide as you imply by stating he "gave up long ago". Since we don't know what he looked like prior to her picking him up I guess we do not have a baseline from which to make any sort of a conclusion if he looks different now than he did a week or more before she picked him up.

Momma of Goni, even though you used baby shampoo today, please don't change from Johnson and Johnson. Different baby soap has different fragrance and chemicals. Please only use the Johnson's on Goni. Goni is growing and doing well. He seems so much happier.

Miu is a complete pain in the bum 🙄!! She’s noisy boisterous, demanding and attention seeking. Gon definitely prefers the company of quiet Emily as they are the same species of monkey .... Mummy please stop putting them together all the time ..... Give Gon and Emily a break from Miu and give them some space together without Miu as it really looks to many like you favour her more and I’m sure they think that too. Miu would definitely get told off by her mum for demanding if she were in the wild with her troupe and would be given her place by the alpha within troupe hierarchy she needs to know who’s boss and to all intents and purpose YOU are the Alpha so teach Miu she cannot have everything her way...... do this whilst young or you will have trouble with her when she’s older and stronger 🙏 have a lovely day.
