Pog plane Quite literally the worst jet in WT, when compared to all the other jets. Is it good? Doesn't feel like it. Is it fun? idk, prop matches kinda suck... That said it's kinda fnuey watching enemies try and turn-fight with no chance of winning the S holding competition. Also, maybe it's just me; I hate the guns on this. They feel like shit. I continue to miss with the 37mm.
The 37mm feels ok to aim but is a complete lottery for whether it will do damage 😭 I wish prop games were better too, would make this thing a lot more fun
One of my favourite planes, it was incredibly strong at 5.3 and when it had 1800mg rounds pre-nerf. Enjoyed it as a brain off grinder to early US jets but regret not keeping it to sell.
@@mit4c it handles worse but I'd argue the energy retention and speed bleed is better on the P-59A it kind of flies like a slower, fatter su-11, minus the really cracked engine so you're more relying on energy management than just raw energy generation at all times
@@mit4c 162 is at a higher br with very little ammo and arguably worse engine power. The 162 has no retention and exists purely to farm overshoots or BnZ if your team is any good
I think this is the first time i've heard of someone being bad at the P-59 before. This thing is ridiculously busted and is super easy to play. Gaijin fucked up the flight model and made the P-39 airframe turn tighter than a zero. This thing needs to stay fast, its a jet so you get the most out of your engines at speed. BnZ in this thing and mop up a whole team easily. The guns slap pretty hard too. This is one of the top premium bias aircraft in WT
If you hated it's older brother, you'll prolly like the P-39 Genuinely cracked, managed to get a 2.0 KD in it before I got gud. Other planes I was prolly at 0.3 lmfao
