And there was just enough color to take the average man out of his comfort zone but not too far. The ending where the designer escorted the singer off stage in that elegant gown was the icing on the cake for me.

fka twigs was stunning. But this should have been for a haut couture show. And we all know it. Honestly the garments were kinda boring. Andthe music really offset from the suits. If there was more white floral prints, more interesting lighting, it would have been really nice.

This collection presents a horrible mish-mash of traditional tailoring and street style that truly doesn't make sense as a concept in fashion.

There's a very occidental feel to this collection, both in the silhouette and the print, reminiscent of 20th century Yohji Yamamoto but with a modern 21st century Valentino slant to it. I can see this on John Malkovich.
With the mens' fashion shows these days, I'm overly happy if models don't look either like school children or homeless people, so point fo Valentino from me. I really liked the orange pieces and elements on black.
Everyone complaining about the length of the pants.. the boxy fit of the clothes.. the weird cuts or whatever... but are you able to afford it even if was up your taste? People think they are fashion expert just because they wear clothes...

This is performative. Neither the singer or the clothing are inherently meant to overpower one or the other. You on the other hand are just downplaying FKA, she is meant to be there like an art piece which works in harmony with the show.
