These women learn languages from all these other white men that come there! Stop catering to thots make them cater to you! English is the number 1 language. I went to Asia far from America and girls know English and are willing to learn. These girls need to learn English they are in the Americas. If you can can write proper English try Google translate. What I do is instead of learning irrelevant words and phrases I type in words and phrases in English that are relevant to my everyday life now and when I'm in DR and have Google translate them. So now I know how to say eggs, house, car, rent, lease, relationship, etc in Spanish. Then I type a sentence using those words and now I know how to use those words in a relevant sentence in Spanish. You can also do the same for verbs and pronouns. Use Google translate alone or with another Spanish app.
No it is not easy. But you are not learning Spanish. You are learning the Spanish language. Meaning all your thoughts and situations you are able to speak it.
You have people that learn 5 phrases saying they speak Spanish, sorry not!
For one you have learn at least minimum 150 verbs to truly be on your way.

The above has so many rules and verbs. This is speaking a language.
Find all the verbs and tell us what they are? Then you have to know the meanings. How to conjugate them. The list goes on in learning a language.
With Gritty you would just be repeating but then what do you do with it when you have to change something in it?
Definitely gonna try the gritty Spanish. Used duo lingo for awhile. But it's more of Mexican spanish then Dominican spanish. Dominican spanish is broken spanish...ebonic spanish. Only way to learn true Dominican spanish is to live in DR. Or have a Dominican woman. Thanks for the info bro.

I have the basics and beginnings version of Gritty spanish, and one of the advanced versions, which I haven't really used since I am not at that level, working my way up tho, but I listen and read some from the advanced every so often. They are REALLY good. From what I see/hear, listening to the advanced verision tho is, they have strong accents from all over, DR, PR, Venesuela, Mexico, etc. If they are two or 3 charcters in the audio scenes talking, say one from DR and PR, they'll speak Spanish as normal (just really really fast and using their own accents) and from what I heard, sometimes the people will spit out a slang or sayings or two from their country or region, but those are explaned in the ebook or transcripts, whatever they call it.
I use Duolingo but I’m currently in DR with mi familia and my brother and mom. I’m Dominican American and I wanna learn Spanish and Duolingo helps a lot and my mom tells me whether or not what I’m saying is accurate in DR so yeah being Dominican or being with someone who’s Dominican really helps or listen to Dominican songs and watch Dominican RUclipsrs/Videos

Medellin and Sosua have 2 things in common lots of working girls and lots of women with GRINGO/ATM mentality. Therefore the chances of you finding a woman who is interested in a serious loving relationship with you are significantly reduced. Which means you'll be paying paying paying. I'm moving to Santo Domingo in the near future. There are more women there and more that don't have that GRINGO/ATM mentality.

Just use taxis my guy - Sosua is crazy small you can damn near walk everywhere. And anywhere you can't walk it's easier to grab a quick taxi. They're not hard to find at all. I actually have a guy I always use while I'm in town, he speaks pretty good english. If you want I can slide you his contact

I want to learn Spanish but I only know very little, where do I begin
My boy speaks perfect Dominican spanish. To start..he was married to a Dominican woman. English was rarely spoken in his household. He was surrounded by Dominicans all the time. Even tho they spoke English also...he told them to speak to him only in Spanish. I asked my boy how to learn Spanish. Especially Dominican spanish. He said the biggest thing is you have to commit 100% in their culture. Dive all the way in to the culture. He moved to DR 4 yrs ago. And even tho his spanish is perfect... he learns something new every day.

Hi what hotel do you stay at and how much a night?
Highly recommend Casa Valeria it was like 70 a night but there's some really dope Airbnb's there too for around $60 a night. For a first timer doing a hotel that has a guest policy where they take the girl's ID is a smart move. That way you know there's a much less chance of any shenigans from the girls. I never had an issue.

how to learn Spanish quickly is funny. you don't learn a language quickly. you learn bits and pieces quickly of a language that actually adds up to nothing.
You learn a language from the foundation up and it is continues.
Gritty spanish is for intermediate on up that has a strong and understanding foundation.
You can't just repeat something and know what it is. Do most of you know what it takes in any language let alone your own what it takes to form a sentence of situations and meaning?

The above would take a very long time of studying to say and understand it. Then talk it in 1st 2nd 3rd person singular and 3rd person plural.
Bottom line: Take a freaking spanish beginners class if you are serious!
Didn't the man said there are Beginner's version of Gritty Sanish along with Screenshots? Obviously, he played a very advanced lesson as a sample or whatever he wanna call it. I know, because I am a Beginner and have the beginner's version and it's really good, helped me a lot!

And yes, there a "Holo como estas" in version I have with basic sentenses, where Como is explain and in the notes where I read where estas comes from, and why and how it's used, and easy vocab, where they speaking really slow. If that's not a beginner's version, then I dunno what a bebinner's version is then.
@@manchildwonder7566 I can tell you because I am fluent in the language. There is a lot of language in beginning spanish that is not beginner. You are basically repeating and don't know what it means. I could give you many examples.
"donde puedo poner la sala? Ok you repeated that from beginning Gritty. But if I ask you to say "where do you want me to put the sofa" You would have no idea how to say that at beginning level. So now you are stuck.
I have looked at Gritty and it is very cool. But a beginner is just repeating what is said and you are not learning because you have no idea what you are saying, why it is said that way, and how to change what you need to say.

@@antoniosmith7010 Man it's the tropics lol anytime will mostly be fine. I will say the summer months are rainy season but it only rains for a couple hours and then it clears out so it ain't too bad. We were there for a week and it only really rained bad once even though the forecast had rain a few times.
