Savage Race Florida 2013 Mud Run with GoPro

I used my GoPro to make a video of the Savage Race 2013 mud run I did in Central Florida. This obstacle course race was 6.75 miles and filled with high quality obstacles. Little Everglades Ranch in Dade City, Florida, hosted the event and offered everything from open land to wooded area to lakes for swimming. Savage Race is smaller than some of the bigger names in mud runs, but the events are well organized and definitely on par, if not better, than some of than the industry leaders. If you like adventure races and want to push yourself while having fun, Savage Race is definitely worth it.

Fun Facts:
1) Nothing prepares you for the ice bath obstacle, “Shriveled Richard”.
2) I found Savage Race’s “Colossus” obstacle tougher than Tough Mudder’s “Everest”.
3) This particular race featured an electricity obstacle.
