We had arrived in Canada in August, and just after a month, in September, I incorporated my IT software business as a limited company. I did a bit of research, watched a couple of videos on RUclips and just did it myself on the same day in less than 30 minutes. If I can do this, you can also do this on your own.
There is no need to visit any Govt. Office. The process is straightforward and can be done online while being anywhere in the world.
All the steps are mentioned and well explained on the Canada, CRA Business official website, and trust me it is very simple.

Hi, yes. A business bank account must be openend for all business related income and expenses. Later on, you'll have to hire a tax accountant specialist too to guide you about business tax, it's preparation and filing.

As far as I know, for Uber also a business is registered. If you want to start work in a different domain (say Amazon) under the same/existing business, you can call on the CRA number (shared in video) and tell them that you want to work also in this domain. They'll update your business nature in their records.
On the other hand, if you want to start a brand new separate business, follow all the steps shared in the video.
