With due respect, even Prophet (SAW) had to clarify himself in hundreds of matters again and again until his death.
Number of times doesn't matter and Allah can give hidaya to someone maybe after 100th time, so don't lose hope please.

The main Problem with the interviewer is that he underestimated the Engr. before the interview , in addition , the interviewer has poor selection of questions as all these questions have already been asked and answered by Engr. I will suggest the interviewer to first refrain conservative approach towards issues ,try to properly listen and then interpret your thoughts logically and without any sectarian perspective. May Allah bless you.

The one thing on which I disagree with Qaisar Ahmad SB is that he thinks firqawariyat isn't a problem anymore while atheism and secularism are a great threat. I think he is so disconnected from a common Pakistani. Secularism and atheism are mummy-daddy problems in front of hatred, extremism, and ignorance stretching out from sectarianism.
