If you want to be successful in Btd 6, you must utilize all the positive aspects of different towers. That includes having a good spread of single target and area of effect towers. But what if you didn't? What if you could only use one of these. What would happen? Today, Sabre and Tewtiy find out!

The explosions dont do alot aka. Thats why he sucks against ceramics and very big Moab rushes (the Rockets get blocked by the moab ceramics) xD

The effectiveness of the explosions is redundant. Explosions by definition, are an rea f ffect. Motors, Cannons, and Inferno saturate an area. Ray of Doom, Sniper, Boomerang, and Juggernaut through in a line. However, if you honestly disagree, that is fine. I am surprised Sabre was never considered a top-path druid. The lighting and tornadoes all strike in a line and would provide valuable knockback and cleanup for the waves of smaller balloons.
Pierce= ability to go through and hit balloons behind
AOE= area damage (aka explosions)
Mad explodes
Ray of doom goes through ballons

@@Banan-gi7cbno because it damages multiple bloons with one attack cycle, dart monkey 0-0-0 is a single target because it doesn’t attack huge groups op bloons at once, ray of doom is AOE because it hits huge groups of bloons and damages them all.
But it creates an area that does damage throughout. Just because it has extreme pierce doesn't make it single-target.

'pierce' is the term used by btd to determine how many bloons you can pop in a single shot, so the name is kind of counter productive

This has made me want a game where they have to make deals to which monkeys they can have but they lock the other out of that tower, maybe even do it in the roguelike mod for extra fun! Maybe both start with 1 Dart monkey and then they trade like lets say druid for wizard, one gets any wizards one gets any druids, or even fight over paths if they wanted so one has superstorm and one druid of wrath.
Tewtiy a bit wrong. AOE is like cluster bomb. It shoots and damages things around it instead of focusing on one single target. Pierce is like when a dart monkey throws a dart at a red Bloons and it pierces through and pops another red blood behind it. Ray of doom is perfect example of pierce.
Right but Ray Of Doom does damage to a group of bloons whenever they pass through the laser, that’s what makes it AOE.
@@matsuda_blossom2704 Thats the exact explanation of "pierce" in btd. it goes thru bloons to hit another so its more of pierce than AoE and in this case, it has an infinite pierce. Tsar bomba/pineapple bombs, mortar monkeys are the perfect example of AoE where it does not specifically target a single bloon but anything gets near it or being in its Area of Effect will get damage. Sniper's bouncing bullet though can be both categorised as AoE and Pierce cuz other bloons within its range (AoE) will get hit but the projectiles coming from the first bloon are also from the same shot aka pierce.

AoE kinda means pierce, because pierce means how many bloon a projectile can hit before it used up and disappear. How many layer pop you can do to a single bloon is damage, not pierce
Sabre getting bouncing bullets is doing AoE, even if that's not the primary attack.
no, thats peirce... peirce is pretty much just a form of aoe, except rather than something that splashes or explodes, it goes through the bloons in a line... also why ray of doom is for SURE pierce

Idea: Direct attack vs. Indirect, Example, Sniper or Dart would be direct while Bottom path Ninja, Glue, and Spike would be Indirect.
Heres a stupid challenge idea: Sabre can have tons of farms but all his towers are restricted to cost less than 30k per upgrade, while Tewtiy has all the most expensive upgrades in his hand but no farms allowed (also no cashdrops, no crosspathing mod and Tewity has a mod on that restrict income to just the standard income amount [so druids, supply drop, merchantman dont make a penny but popping bloons and end of round does])
