I went to Angelo’s Art of Living retreat last year. Very potent and transformative. I have no retreats to compare it to, but it was wonderful. Challenging and destabilizing at times, but I always felt safe. ❤ Highly recommend. ❤
I have an Australian Buderim ginger beer every day. The can looks identical to the one you’re drinking out of, but I’m not sure they’re the same brand because your can seems a lot bigger. 🇦🇺 😋
Anyone else really struggle with "how's your week/day going?" I personally find it really uncomfortable now as I genuinely don't remember much from the week or the day even. I want to start asking people, "what sensations are you feeling right now"? If they want to pull me into time then I'll pull them into now lol. "How are you? Jujitsu" 🥋
I've started honestly answering now because before I would have been searching for an answer to the question. Now I see their question more as an invitation than an obligation to answer. I spoke with Jim Newman on the phone and he told me that when people ask him how he's doing he says, "Yea, thanks". I thought that was brilliant lol
Hi Angelo, I’d love to hear more about setting boundaries with people (family etc) while in the process of dissolving other boundaries. I have heard you talk about having to set boundaries with people close to you. Obviously you don’t need to go into details, and everyone will be different, but I know I get a bit confused here. Thank you for all your videos 🙂
Artem Boytsov recently released a retreat talk about this exact topic. Definitely recommend it. He directly talks about the seeming paradox of the path one way desolving your "inner" boundaries and how that effects your "outer" boundaries.
Angelo, have you gone through phases where you didn’t really put effort into awakening or lost interest in a way but also periods of intense focus and practice?
I’ve noticed now how a lot of “spiritual” people come across as really inauthentic. Almost like a lot of them have this persona of being loving or special they are trying to project and in interactions I feel a fakness. They kind of irritate me tbh lol.
Well, like the difference between true love and infatuation, it can be hard to tell. The real question is to deal with our own sense of irritation around it. That’s always associated with a personal identity and it’s a chance for us to examine it and see if it dissolves, because there is no separation, if we believe Angelo’s and others teaching.

Can't make it to the USA but YES for August 2025 in Woldingham UK. Silent Retreat. 🥳
Very helpful live. Thanks for your thoughtful and compassionate advice. 🥰
Welcome

❤ Buderim ginger cordial in cold fizzy water is a thirst quencher.
@ I'll have to look for it.
Oh, wow, I wasn't expecting you to address my comment about the stream of thought up-front, Angelo! Hah! Thank you, that's helpful.
2:01:51 “what is sensation like without space”, thanks for this, will use this to inquire!

Thank you. That was a great recommendation and very helpful. He talked about all my concerns in the first ten minutes.
1:02:30 I think this is what's happening when people describe "their life flashing before their eyes" in a near death experience.
