Our British Eurovision regulars are doing well being regulars on The Heritage Chart Sunday's 1am on Talking Pictures TV and Sunday's for a longer 2 hours and the correct week version at 4pm on Epic Radio and 5pm on other stations.
Katrina - Shut Your Mouth whilst I've gone off of that track because it became annoying so I stopped voting it but others continue to vote for it is Top 10 right now.

I was surprised that the fact the 2020 Eurovision Replacement Show being named after the 1997 winner wasn’t mentioned, but hey, you did a good job. 12 points to AMTV.

In the one of the weirdest quirks of the competition, Cheryl Baker (she of Bucks Fizz) had competed for the Eurovision Song Contest three times before. Firstly, she came second with the group Co-Co at the 1976 A Song for Europe competition, losing out to Brotherhood of Man. 2 years later, Co-Co came 11th in Eurovision itself, as you stated in the video. In 1980, Co-Co renamed themselves The Main Event, and competed in that year's A Song for Europe; they came last. Bizarrely, to Prima Donna, which featured fellow Fizzer Jay Aston's brother!
I think I've mentioned this before, but the history of Bucks Fizz is a fascinating one. Not only was there the horrific coach crash, which I remember well, but there were failings out, line up changes, court cases, reconciliations and finally acceptance. I would respectfully suggest they are worthy of a video all of their own.
It may be presumptuous of me, but if that idea interests you, I've been trawling through various articles and interviews in the archives. If that's of any help, let me know.
Great video, by the way, although Ronan Keating was in Boyzone, not Westlife.

5 time winners! Since UK is one of the biggest music market in the world, I thought that UK have won the most…
This year is VERY unfortunate for Mae because Loreen of all people is back so top 10 is the most likely position she could have (still very good)

Good video. Just a couple of things. Ronan Keating was in Boyzone, not Westlife. In 1969, the Spanish orchestra played as loud as they could to try to drown out Lulu in order to try to ensure a win for Spain on home soil. Both Sandie Shaw and Lulu disliked the song selected for them. The Brotherhood of Man introduced choreography to the contest. A few countries have performed first on the night and gone on to win. Teach In had done so in 1975 and Hereys would do so in 1984 for example. Cheryl Baker, who won as part of Bucks Fizz in 1981 had been in Coco, the group who lost out by 2 points to the Brotherhood of Man in the UK song for Europe in 1976 and then came 11th in 1978 in Paris. Bucks Fizz was formed around Mike Nolan, who was actually Irish which was ironic given that they won in Dublin.

To be pedantic,it is a contest amongst the songwriters although I do acknowledge that the high profile is granted to the performer.
'Puppet on a String' was written by Bill Martin and Phil Coulter.
Did Ms Shaw's grumblings continue when she received those substantial royalty checks?
