How many listening now are hearing the voice of the Almighty say, "Follow my commandments, not like the Pharisees or the religious pastors but in the way that My Son followed My every commandment of the Law with love, reverence, and determined obedience, leaving out not one jot or tiddle."?
His love for me draws me under His law and it pleases me to love Him through His laws. Not that I do this well but as well as a sinner worthy of death can do.
David Wilkerson was searching for The New Covenant , he even wrote a book ( The New Covenant Unveiled ) , But ! HE did not understand Fully the law of God... The law of God puts every pastor and church on thier knees , it corrects church Sunday Doctrine also . . When God made the Sabbath commandment, it is his law . . Pray for this Pastor 🙏 God will reveal more and more ( His Law to The Church ) , and Fully come out of Mystery Babylon , Return back church to gods law . Amen 🙏.
Thank you Alistair Begg for this teaching on Psalm 119....it is my favorite in the Bible. You can learn and know about God and the Lord Jesus by studying this book. It is David's diary about his relationship with God and we can learn to have the same relationship with our Lord Jesus. Again, thank you. It has truly blessed me.
Yes, the Word of God is what we really need in this present age; and by it we can find true revival. The reference Pastor Begg made to T. S. Elliott and the Naming of Cats, I believe is very interesting. If we look at the poem itself, we discover that just as there are different names, mostly common, for each cat, and there is one cat with an uncommon, unfathomable name, we can see a similar picture in the relationship between God and mankind. God's name, Yahweh, or Jehovah, is holy; in fact, His whole character is holy. He is infinite and immortal, while we are finite and mortal. But the good news is that He still loves us. That's why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for the sins of the world and rise from the dead, so that through His death and resurrection, we will have new life. It is only by the blood of Jesus Christ that we can be saved.
He mentions the name as he says the quote; John Stott. “I would find it hard to echo the psalmist’s sentiments, but not because they are beneath me, but they are beyond me. It is not I would stoop so low, but rather I cannot rise so high.”

There is a quote at about the 27:30 mark about the psalm being hard to echo. Who is that quote from?
He mentions the name as he says the quote; John Stott.
