Pat: “so how’s the team looking” Coach Rhule: “ I feel like our energy is unrivaled. Our guys woke up did 25 push-ups and thanked God for Waco Texas and the Baylor Bears! We do everything the right way, not because we’ve preached it, but because we recruited it. We have found God fearing broke backs and made a 30for30 film about how the mighty Baylor Bears never quit! This reminds me of a story about a biker gang... these guys had everything in the world, but never used it. God made them rich, strong, and powerful, but they decided that they would rather have the brotherhood. So they rode night and day together camping under the stars. They protected each other during rival gang wars and police raids! Well one day the gang rode into Nevada and made a wrong turn. They were so hot and tired from another full day that they didn’t notice they were low on fuel in the middle of a desert! All of a sudden the leader noticed and stop the group to discuss their next maneuver. The leader, like all should be, knew they all couldn’t make it out. So he had them suck the remaining gas from the bikes into 3 Harley’s. He then sent the 3 weakest members on the bikes to find fuel and return. The leader did this because they knew that if they couldn’t count on their weakest links then they were all already dead! And that’s the mentality we carry here in Waco with our Baylor Bears!
Pat you guys should interview JOSH GATTIS the new offensive coordinator for Michigan!!! He has had an amazing career so far and is just getting started. Josh spent a few years in the league then moved on to coaching with Penn State, Alabama and is now the offensive coordinator for Michigan Wolverines! Such a great solid guy!!! Definitely someone to bring on the show....
@@TheDailyGerb Inside Runs are between the tackles so the Running back is running thru holes created buy the guards and center most often then not the RB is gonna have to run thru LBs the football term is "dirty yards" because your literally fighting to move forward thats alot of contact for the those guys....now maximize that into...Practices, Walk Thrus, Games and insert to a 9 week cycle Yeah its physically exhausting...
i remember people thinking he wouldnt make it because he would need to have a connection/bond with the state in order to recruit. i guess he made it now.
“Hopefully I never have a child” had me rolling
Glad to have this guy in Charlotte
Pat is by far my favorite interviewer. He talks to a person like an actual human being which makes his interviews so fun to listen to.

Thats thing about Texas we love everyone that loves football. Foreigners love sitting down here and watching us go crazy and join the fun.
Would love to hear you guys do a review on the Utah Utes football team. Maybe have zito try to pronounce some of the Polynesian player names?
