I actually have this ball and it's pretty fun, I mainly got it to have something more close to a proper ball but have it a bit easier to use for the kids I work with as youth worker.
I played soccer since I was 4 years old and once when I was 20 my cousin told me that she had a friend who played in a professional club, that she was sure she was better than me and if we met she was going to humiliate me by playing, me 5 years ago I had already stopped playing and was sedentary, when that girl arrived she couldn't even get the ball from me and I got it from her very easily, women's soccer is light years away from men's soccer.
I think it will make it more enjoyable, both to play and watch, at low levels, which is most of female soccer right now, but it will limit those at the highest level. Which means its an improvement right now, but might be something limiting further down the line.
And women say women football is harder 💀

Mens football earns far more money then womens football, that's why they get paid more. And if we watch closely at the details, women get paid more then men.
I don't remember the exact numbers, but it's something like this:
Men get paid around 6% of the money they brought in.
Women get paid about 17% of the money they brought in.
If anything it's unfair that men get a far smaller percentage then women.
And womens football is even financially supported with money mens football brought in.
That means if women want more money they should try to increase the attention of their game. A lighter ball for example could help to make the game more entertaining.

I feel like women should play on a smaller pitch and also have smaller goals. On average men are 10% more athletic than women. Why not reduce everything by 10%. They even take that into account in tennis where women play only 3 sets instead of 5.
