I'm about to get rid of my Artsy, I have it a few years, wore it about three times and it's been sitting in my closet, it's too big and stiff for me. The handle will kill your arm if the bag gets heavy. I have the Graceful MM now and what an amazing bag. Love it.

I love the artsy and I agree it can be a little uncomfortable on the shoulder when it is full. I attach a keepall strap to mine and it makes it so much more comfortable to carry on your shoulder. BJ Taylor has a YT video where she shows the artsy with the keepall strap. I love your wrap around watch, it looks beautiful on you. Thanks for this video.

great video (you show why this bag is on my Wish List). the GM was discontinued some time ago. now, i'm thinking the only way to find such would be on the pre-loved market.
I have this bag since November 2010, and yes you need to use it more and the handle will soften and will be much easier to carry on your shoulder...it's a big difference and i think you need to put things inside and hang the bag maybe on a door so it will soften down, much much much easier to use when handle is being broken in!!

I really want to love this bag but the handle hurt my should when I try it at the LV store. Maybe I should buy it and see if with times it will become softer. I like this bag so much!
